Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at yohanaorganics@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items For health and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Subscriptions You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription anytime from your account portal or by emailing us. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your scheduled billing date — once an order is processed, we cannot stop it.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Chargebacks If you have a concern with your order, please contact us first — we respond to every email within 1 business day and would much rather solve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may affect your ability to purchase from us in the future.
